Every business and owner is different. While many founders are thinking ahead to a future transition, others prefer to stay closely involved for longer or pass responsibility to the next generation of managers.

We take a flexible approach. Our aim is to work with you to shape a plan that reflects your goals, your timing and the needs of the business. There’s no fixed template.  We offer a flexible, partnership-led approach, which may include either a full or partial sale alongside:

• A short handover, if you’re ready to step back soon
   
• A gradual transition over 6–24 months, with responsibilities passed across in stages
   
• You remaining involved in a focused role, while we take on day-to-day leadership
   
• You continuing as day-to-day leader, with us joining in a strategic role such as Executive Chair
   
• Supporting an internal succession to Tier-2 management, where we provide oversight, structure and long-term stewardship while empowering your existing team
