  • A short handover, if you’re ready to step back soon
     
  • A gradual transition, with responsibilities passed across in stages
     
  • You remaining involved in a focused role, while we transition day-to-day leadership
     
  • You continuing as day-to-day leader, with us joining in a strategic leadership role
     
  • Supporting an internal succession to Tier-2 management, where we provide oversight, structure and long-term stewardship while empowering your existing team
